Rick Versace Sr.President & CEO
Rick has over 35 years of experience in Operations and Management in the transportation industry. He possesses strong, general management qualifications and is skilled at working in start-up, turn around and high growth environments as well as established operations. As the President of A1A Limo, Rick oversees operations worldwide. He is responsible for creating over 200 jobs in South Florida and countless others worldwide. His other responsibilities include hiring, managing and developing key personnel to ensure a high level of service to our clients and our employees, growth of each operation, implementation of marketing and sales programs, coordination with regulators and local government officials, and the development and tracking of business plans, budgets, and monthly financial statements. Rick has a long track record of building and retaining highly motivated teams and loyal customer bases and looks forward to continuing to do so for the operations servicing Office Depot.
James ParkerDirector of Operations
James also has a well-established career in the transportation industry, as he has been with A1A Limo for the past 16 years. Starting as a chauffeur, James quickly moved up the ranks as a chauffeur manager to office staff to office manager, and now currently serves as the South Florida Regional General Manager for A1A Limo. As the Director of Operations, James' responsibilities include hiring, managing and developing all office staff as well as all A1A Limo chauffeurs. He is responsible for training all of our staff in customer service and attentiveness, as well as coaching chauffeurs on the same. His experience is unmatched in the industry, as he has been in virtually every function of the transportation business, allowing him to make decisions and train staff based on a unique prior knowledge of situations. James is also an innovator, implementing modern technology and scheduling methods in his operation, he is always looking for a better method to improve services.

Rick Jr. has grown up in the transportation industry, and has rejoined the company from a career in finance as Director of Business Development. Rick is charged with managing the marketing and advertising budget and promoting A1A Limo to travel managers and other clients worldwide. Responsibilities also include managing the A1A Limo website to ensure a high volume of traffic, managing the promotion of A1A Limo social media campaigns, as well as managing a sales force of 6 people who help promote the A1A Limo message internationally. As Director of Business Development, Rick will be charged with working with Office Depot in order to facilitate any needs the company may have.
