Our team works with your Event Planners and Program Managers to ensure that you have a direct line of communication to our operations, and act as an on-site coordinator for all of your group’s transportation needs. We offer an account manager to be main contact for meeting planners, strategic manifest management to ensure the most efficient, and cost effective means of transporting your group, and a web based portal for meeting planners, event and program managers to be able to see all of the ground transportation in real time during the event.
